Omexom Portugal has signed two Full EPC contracts with Hyperion for the construction of photovoltaic plants in Estremoz and Alcochete, with capacities of 51.8 MWp and 20.4 MWp, respectively. These projects, which are already under construction, cover a total area of 128 hectares and involve the installation of over 100,000 photovoltaic modules.

Omexom held another learning program, the Learning Expedition PV Utility Scale, on May 21, 22 and 23 at the Lumen hotel in Lisbon. This event promoted the exchange of Omexom's knowledge and expertise at an international level.

Omexom Portugal will be present at the prestigious Energyear 2023 Conference, which will take place on July 5th, at the Altis Grand Hotel, in Lisbon. This event will bring together the main players in the sector to explore business opportunities in the areas of renewable energy, storage and green hydrogen in Portugal.

Omexom Portugal, a VINCI Energies Portugal brand specializing in energy production, transportation, and distribution activities, announced the signing of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract with Finerge for the construction of a solar photovoltaic plant in Montemor-o-Novo, near Évora. 

In June 2022, just about to finish his bachelor´s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, in the field of Electric Mobility and Renewable Energies, Sérgio Couteiro arrived at Omexom to carry out his curricular internship. After 2 and a half months of internship, Sérgio joined our team and is now responsible for performing 2D photogrammetry, with a high-precision drone, controlling the progress of our solar photovoltaic projects.
